The bed was comfortable and provided a peaceful night's sleep. the room was spacious enough, despite the unconventional placement of the fridge in the bathroom. the air conditioning system was efficient, allowing for a pleasant and cool atmosphere.

The surrounding area could get quite noisy on weekend nights, with office workers enjoying their night out. This disturbed the peace and tranquility of the hotel.

Our room was small but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a gym and laundry facilities. We were impressed with the helpfulness of the hotel staff, who went out of their way to assist us when we had an issue with breakfast. we would recommend this hotel for its great location and good value.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Ginza, close to JR station and conveniently located near convenience stores. It's a prime location, making it easy to explore all the must-visit tourist places. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly, helpful, and can communicate in English. The bathrooms are spacious and offer all necessary amenities. the hotel provides a lounge area for relaxation. The reasonable price is definitely a bonus.

The lighting in the hallway area could be improved.

We loved the fantastic location of this hotel right in the heart of Ginza. It was conveniently close to several metro and railway stations, making it easy for us to explore the city's famous tourist spots. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They were able to communicate well in English and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were well-designed and sparkling clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. The lounge on the second floor was a great place to relax, with a microwave oven available for guests to use. Additionally, having a convenience store nearby was very convenient for any last-minute needs.
